Every ring is evenly spaced by angle (
360° / count) so no ring ever clumps to one side.
Odd-indexed rings are rotated by half a step relative to their neighbors so the rings weave together
instead of lining up radially — that's the "rotational balance." Edit the ring list to add/remove rings
or change how many stars are in each one.
